Laura has a diverse background including working in the Banking Sector, Executive Search and Assessment Sector and the Automotive Industry. Laura holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering and is a qualified in Executive Coaching and Leadership.

Laura was an enthusiastic young rider and has a lifelong love of all riding disciplines, although now mainly enjoys pleasure riding with her daughter. She lives in Melbourne with her family and numerous pets.
