•Register a horse with or via equiprove – Information is manually inputted by the owner or drawn from the sire/dam that is already registered. The network will recognise which society/organisation the horse is eligible to be registered with. The owner can then choose who they would like to register with. If the horse does not meet eligibility, the owner can register the horse with equiprove. – FREE we DO NOT charge a % on top of the breed societies nominated registration fee. We forward the fee to the breed society once payment has been made. If the horse is being registered with us, we charge a equiprove registration fee $? -TRANSACTION

•View the bloodlines/pedigree of ANY horse on equiprove - FREE

•Make trial pedigrees - Input sire and dam to see possible pedigree - FREE

•Upload pictures, documents, reports, files, videos manually to the horses record. FREE

•IF a service provider that is networked into equiprove transmits information to the horse’s record, a TRANSACTION will be required if the owner wants to access that information. This may include the service providers fee, that we will forward on less our fee $?

•Request information about a horse (authorised by the owner) – TRANSACTION Tiered approach. $? initial, $? partial, $? full access) e.g. results, pictures, documents, reports etc. that may be stored…

•Transmit information to a service provider networked with equiprove – TRANSACTION  We charge fee $? on top of the service provider’s nominated fee. We will forward on less our fee.

•Move horse from Property A to Property B  or C 

•Owner of Property B is not owner of Property A – TRANSACTION / FREE  $? for each movement recorded (record is sent to property B owner/person in charge (organsier) and also to Biosecurity (whichever state) (this is a potential free service if the government get on side and pay for the record received (they want to know. Can fine people who are found not to be recording and transmitting)

•Property C is owned by Property A – FREE record is lodged on horses timeline (similar to above. government pay)

•Transfer Ownership of Horse

•Horse is registered with a breed society / peak body (organisation) – TRANSACTION – we charge a fee $? on top of the breed societies nominated fee. We will forward to society less our fee. 

•Horse is only registered on equiprove - TRANSACTION – we charge a fee $? to transfer to new owner.

(note. it will depend on the organisation who pays. Buyer or Seller.)

•Request information about a horse (authorised by the owner) –  Tiered approach. (initial, partial, full access) e.g. results, pictures, documents, reports etc. that may be stored…SUBSCRIPTION allows for all tiers to be accessed on owner authorisation

•Transmit information to a service provider networked with equiprove  We will forward service provider's fee on to them if there is one. SUBSCRIPTION will absorb our fee

•Move horse from Property A to Property B  or C 

•Owner of Property B is not owner of Property A – SUBSCRIPTION will cover for each movement recorded (record is sent to property B owner/person in charge (organsier) and also to Biosecurity (whichever state) (this is a potential free service if the government get on side and pay for the record received (they want to know. Can fine people who are found not to be recording and transmitting - if this is the case, we may see more money here as TRANSACTIONS or offer a "package" to the government: eg. $X for so many horses moving)

•Property C is owned by Property A – record is lodged on horses timeline (similar to above. government pay)

•Transfer Ownership of Horse

•Horse is registered with a breed society / peak body (organisation) –  our fee is absorbed by SUBSCRIPTION PLUS the breed societies nominated fee. We will forward to society 

•Horse is only registered on equiprove -  our fee is absorbed by SUBSCRIPTION to transfer to new owner.

(note. it will depend on the organisation who pays. Buyer or Seller.)

(note ii. There will be transaction costs to us for users paying other service providers through us and vice versa. Need to investigate)
